Allstars most successful weekend ever!
Allstars most successful weekend ever!
After the two-year absence, the Allstars weekend returned to Cardiff and we’re delighted to announce the 2020/2022 total raised a staggering £141,527.37!!
With this total raised, a new highest ever weekend total has now been set for event #12 even surpassing the weekend in 2017 with the pro stars game.
We can’t thank all you Allstars enough for achieving this amazing figure as well as the friends and family who helped reach this total. Without your support, these figures aren’t possible.
David Grant added ““Not only was it great to get the Allstars family back together after the time away due to covid, but to see the final total raised from this year’s event shows that the efforts from everyone from all the teams has paid off. We had some that went over and beyond in regard to their fundraising but the number of different people who was doing more varied and, in fairness ‘crazy’ events to raise money for their respective cause showed that the appetite to do more is certainly there and all it will do is benefit more people around the UK and that can never be a bad thing.”
Normally a week or so after Allstars you just hear about the stories from the weekend and the laughs that everyone had, but I’ve seen more and more people already planning on how they can attempt to raise more for their respective causes – which if the ideas I’ve seen pay off (never mind the ones that won’t have been planned yet) then the 2023 Allstars could be quite the special year for everyone involved”
Since 2008, a massive £891,119.35 has been raised for numerous charities.
Information will be released shortly ahead of the 2023 weekend which will be held in Ice Arena Wales, Cardiff.
Will 2023 be the year a huge fundraising landmark is reached? Will you be part of it? The one thing we can promise is that memories will be made.
