The UK Charity Allstars organisers thank all who have supported the #Sheffield18 tournament.
Following a hugely successful campaign ending in a fantastic tournament won by our Help for Heroes team, the Allstars organisers want to say a big thank you to every single participant, volunteer, contributor, sponsor and donor.
We are totalling up late donations and funds and will have a final figure in hopefully just a few days, however with gifted and current monies raised we are confident to been the £110, 000 - £115,000 neighbourhood - smashing the previous Sheffield record amount of £88,000 which wa also an incredible achievement.
Allstars Chairman Paul Sullivan:
'Once again, we find ourselves lost for words. This was a successful, rewarding, emotional weekend for all of us and the hockey and camaraderie is only bested by the incredible fundraising done by all those in attendance and beyond.
Plans are already being made for 2019 and beyond and we will have more news about that in the next 24 hours.
